How to Use

1. Take an applicator stick from the pack.

2. Use the empty end to remove the old ProWax filter from your earmould.

3. Flip the stick and use the other end to insert a new ProWax filter.

4. Discard the used stick after use.

Replace every 2–4 weeks, or sooner if the filter appears blocked or sound is reduced.

Important Note

These ProWax filters are made for Oticon hearing aids with custom earmoulds, including ITE and BTE styles.

They are not compatible with Oticon RITE models that use miniFit receivers – for those, use ProWax miniFit filters instead.

Compatible Oticon Hearing Aids

The Oticon ProWax filters are typically used with custom moulds on the following hearing aid styles:

• Oticon BTE hearing aids with earmoulds (e.g., Xceed BTE SP/UP, Dynamo, Sensei SP)

• Oticon ITE and ITC hearing aids (custom in-the-ear styles)

• Oticon half-shell and full-shell custom hearing aids

If your hearing aid uses a mould rather than a receiver-in-canal dome, these are likely the correct wax guards.
