How to Use

Take an applicator stick from the packaging.

Use the empty end to remove the used wax filter.

Flip the stick and use the loaded end to insert a fresh filter into your device.

Discard the stick after use.

Replace every 2–4 weeks, or whenever sound becomes weak or muffled.


Important Note

CeruStop wax guards are designed for use with older Phonak and Unitron hearing aids, especially custom in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) models with earmoulds.


They are not compatible with newer Phonak models using xReceivers (Marvel, Paradise, or Lumity) – those require CeruShield filters instead.


Compatible Hearing Aids

CeruStop wax filters are typically used with:

 

  • Phonak Bolero BTE (non-xReceiver)

  • Phonak Virto custom ITE models

  • Phonak Audeo older models with standard receivers

  • Unitron ITE and BTE models

  • Starkey and Widex (some older models using similar filter systems)

 


If your hearing aid uses a traditional stick-style applicator and is not a Marvel or Paradise device, CeruStop is likely the correct filter.
